The Sacred Guide:
Wearing & Caring for Your Crystals
A scholar’s approach to harmonizing with the elemental energies of your personal artifacts.
I. The Energy Flow: Left vs. Right Wrist
In the study of energetics, we follow the principle of “Inward on the Left, Outward on the Right.”
- The Left Wrist (The Receiver): Wear your bracelet here to absorb energies you wish to manifest, such as wealth, love, healing, and luck.
- The Right Wrist (The Protector): Wear your bracelet here to release stagnant energy, shield yourself from stress, or cleanse your personal aura.
2. Cleansing & Vibrational Reset
Crystals act as vibrational sponges. Over time, they “remember” and store the energy of their surroundings.
When to Cleanse:
We recommend a reset after visiting places with heavy or negative energy such as hospitals or high-stress environments, or whenever the stones feel “heavy” to you.
Methods:
Place your bracelet on a Clear Quartz cluster, use sacred smoke incense/sage for purification, or leave it under the gentle light of a Full Moon overnight to restore its natural brilliance.
3. Preservation & Daily Care
To maintain the physical luster of the gemstones and the longevity of the elastic cord, please observe the following:
Chemical Mindfulness
Minimize contact with perfumes, body washes, and detergents. These substances can erode the surface of the crystals, which may dim their natural beauty and clarity.
Light & Heat
Prolonged exposure to intense sunlight may cause certain stones to fade. Treat them like fine art—best kept away from extreme UV rays.
Cord Maintenance
Elastic cords naturally wear over time. We recommend a proactive replacement every 6–12 months to prevent accidental breakage.
4. Setting Your Intention (The Ritual)
Before wearing your bracelet for the first time, establish a connection. Hold the piece in your hands, close your eyes, and take three deep breaths:
“I empower these stones to balance my path and guard my inner peace.”
THE AFFIRMATION
This “mental anchoring” syncs your vibration with the stones.
5. The Art of Stacking
- Harmonious Mixing: You can wear multiple bracelets together, but we suggest a maximum of three at once to avoid overwhelming your energetic field.
- The Mohs Scale: Avoid pairing soft stones like Fluorite directly against hard stones like Agate. This prevents surface scratches and ensures each piece remains pristine.
