1. Order Processing & Crafting Time
Because each of our crystal bracelets is bespoke—uniquely customized based on your personal birth chart (Bazi), painstakingly handcrafted, and energetically cleansed/demagnetized before departure—we do not ship mass-produced stock.
Standard Custom Orders: Please allow 3–5 business days for our artisans to prepare, craft, and purify your pieces before they are handed over to the courier.

3. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
International regulatory compliance dictates the following:
Tax Responsibility: Any import duties, clearance fees, or local VAT/sales taxes levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these government-imposed charges.
Refused Shipments: If a package is rejected or abandoned by the buyer due to a refusal to pay local customs fees or VAT, the buyer will be held liable for the original shipping costs and any return freight expenses incurred by our studio.
4. Tracking Your Order
The moment your crystals begin their journey, an automated shipping confirmation email containing your personal Tracking Number and a tracking link will be sent to your inbox. You will be able to monitor your package's progress every step of the way.
5. Damaged Shipments & Our Promise
Natural crystals are precious gifts from the Earth. While we pack every order with extreme care using professional protective cushioning to withstand long-distance transit, accidents can rarely happen.
Our Guarantee: If your crystal arrives damaged, cracked, or broken, please take clear photos of both the damaged item and the packaging, and contact us at rockubracelet@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We will fast-track a brand-new replacement, handcraft it to your exact specifications, and ship it to you entirely free of charge. Your peace of mind is our highest priority.
