At RockWithYou, we stand behind the quality of our natural crystals and the precision of our craftsmanship. Please review our seasonal policy regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds below.

1. Damaged Items & Crucial Unboxing Notice

Natural crystals are structurally delicate. While we secure each package with professional impact-resistant materials, international transit involves unpredictable handling.

Unboxing Video Requirement: To guarantee immediate resolution, we strongly advise all clients to record a clear, continuous video when opening their shipping parcel for the first time.

Our Protection: If your crystal arrives shattered, broken, or defective, please email us at rockubracelet@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with your unboxing video or clear photographic evidence. Once verified, we will fast-track a brand-new replacement and ship it to you entirely free of charge.

2. Standard (Non-Custom) Products: 3-Day Inspection Period

For standard, ready-to-wear crystal collections (items that have not been tailored to a specific birth chart or personalized size):

We offer a 3-day (72-hour) cooling-off/inspection period starting from the exact timestamp of delivery.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your standard purchase, you must submit an official return request to our customer service email within this 72-hour window.

To be eligible for a return, items must be entirely unworn, unaltered, in their original pristine condition.

 

3. Custom-Made & Bazi Bespoke Products: Final Sale

 

No-Return Policy on Custom Items: Because our bespoke crystal bracelets are uniquely calculated, re-strung, and customized based on your specific birth chart (Bazi) and exact wrist measurements, they cannot be resold.

 

Therefore, all personalized and custom-crafted orders are considered Final Sale and are strictly not eligible for returns, exchanges, or remorse refunds once production has commenced.

4. Return Expenses & Fee Deductions (Buyer's Responsibility)

 

To maintain sustainable international commerce, if a standard return is approved, the buyer is legally responsible for all financial overheads associated with the reversal processing.

 

The final refund amount returned to your original payment method will be the product price minus the following transactional deductions:

 

Logistics Fees: The actual international shipping costs incurred to return the product to our warehouse.

 

Customs Duties: Any inbound/outbound customs clearance fees and import tariffs generated during the return transit.

 

Payment Processor Fees: The non-refundable merchant transaction processing fees (charged by Stripe, PayPal, or credit card companies).

 

Chargeback / Dispute Admin Fees: In the event of an un-notified or unauthorized chargeback dispute opened by the buyer, any penalty fees imposed by the financial institution will be fully deducted from the buyer's balance.

5. How to Initiate a Return?

 

Do not mail packages back to the origin address on the shipping label without prior approval.

 

Email rockubracelet@outlook.com with your Order ID and reason for return.

 

Our team will review your eligibility within 24 hours and, if approved, provide you with the correct authorized international return warehouse address.
